Congratulations on your new rental home! Peace Realty is excited to make the rental process as smooth and peaceful as possible and wants to provide you with as much information as you need. We are a member of the National Association of Property Managers and hold our standards to a higher level to provide you with first-class service.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late on the 4th. This includes weekends and holidays. Refer to your lease for the Peace Realty tenant fee structure.
All rental payments must be submitted ONLINE through the tenant portal or brought to Peace Realty personally.
We offer two convenient ways for you to pay your rent.
We know that your time is valuable, and we understand that everyone’s daily life schedule is different. You can now pay your rent from the comfort of your own home or even on your mobile phone.
OPTION #1: Pay in your tenant portal online, either on a computer or your mobile phone. Pay with your bank account: If you use your bank account to pay, there is NO charge.
Pay with your debit or credit card: If you use your debit or credit card to pay rent online, you will be charged an additional $27-$30 depending on the amount of your rent. This fee is charged by the servicer, NOT by Peace Realty, and we do not have the ability to waive this fee.
OPTION #2: Bring a money order for your full amount to Peace Realty at 7656 W Sahara Ste 100, Las Vegas NV 89117
Maintenance requests can ONLY be submitted online through your tenant portal. Simply log in to your portal, and you’ll be guided through the maintenance request process. At move-in, tenants will be sent a welcome link for all tenant services.
If you have a maintenance emergency, please call 702-501-4649. Also, go to your tenant portal and submit an emergency maintenance request online. Request specifically for an emergency repair. If you have a medical, fire, or other emergencies, please dial 911!
